Don't believe the vehicle history report, it's essentially a scam. If she other key data points look promising, order an NCRS report for it. It won't tell if it's a COPO, but it will show the selling dealer. There are several well-known high performance dealers.
Hidden vins are under the windshield base wiper panel on the passenger side, and the other is behind the blower motor on the firewall. The blower has to be removed to see it.
