Here are the specs. That $2778 price includes delivery and pickup but I need to confirm if that is from United Rental or to my shop as they are only 15 miles away and stated $644 shipping charges as they have to get the blaster from another source. Also, this does NOT include the cost of dry ice and God only knows where I can find that and the cost as I have not researched that part of it yet.

This can also be very dangerous to a DIY especially if performing within an enclosed shop as I am due to massive CO2 exposure not too mention the temperature of the dry ice itself with regards to handling it. A full fresh air supplied respirator suit 'should' be worn which I do not have. I can open the shop door for fresh air but it is February after all.
Based on what I am finding so far I think it will be easier, safer and likely costing about the same, to just bring the car to someone who does it professionally.
