Let's see........it was summer as I remember visiting friends at our local campground (you know - they're from "Pittsburgh" so they should automatically know the car).......I hadn't graduated from school yet so that puts it prior to '84......I had only known about Yenko Novas for a couple of years as a friend of mine in school knew of a 427 Nova that the owner routinely "ramped".....so mid '80s gets narrowed down to '82-'83. That's probably as close as it is going to get. Just think, you only have to look at the Sunday classifieds as that is the only day Dad would buy the paper and he only bought it for the classifieds
I should dig out my old Auto Trader mags from back in the '80s, God only knows what I'll find
