Bud here is that plate frame I promised to post a while back. Sorry so late! When I build some sort of day 2 ride someday this will be on back!
The frame is metal but looks black from the flash of the camera. I thought the insert would be sort of period for the frame. Sorry, I do not have any 1970's Street Machine National inserts!
