Default What's it worth? 69 Pace car

As fast as the market has moved, I sometimes think I cannot keep up. I wonder what you guy's feel a 69 Pace Car I have is worth? While not a "supercar". It is a pretty neat Pacer.

First and most important, the car is a totally original one owner car with real window sticker, bill of sale, title still in the same name as on the original BOS. Was bought from the original owners wife a year ago, he had passed away. Florida car.
Options are kind of nice, 350 /300, 4 speed and A/C, power top, gauges, etc. Don't see 4 speed and A/C often. The car is original and unrestored with only a repaint through the years. The undercarrige is fantastic, no pitting, no rust. Runs ok, needs a tune up from sitting. Motor 100% original and unmolested. Body needs quarters or patches, doors are good, will need fenders. Hood was stolen and GM hood was installed years ago, but was never painted and will have to be dipped. Hood will save.
While car is complete and virgin, it basically needs everything touched, a full frame off would be in order.
pictures can be seen at our website under Projects, Future Project, Pete's Pace Car.
Not sure if we want to sell it as is or restore it and sell it. Wonder what you guy's think it is worth as it sits, and what it is worth frame off? I have some numbers in mind I will share, but would like your clean unprejudiced thoughts first.
