he blew it up and is probably this new generation of return'ers I call them, I see them at Home Depot, Freddies, etc...standing in line getting there money back for stuff they used to do a job with or have buyers remorse after they opened it and mucked with it and now have the sack to want there dough back in full, messes it up for the honest folks, we get to pay more to cover the stores losses on stuff.
