No as in let's see the VIN number. Give members the heads up to investigate further as to the reason why the VIN tag was replaced. Could be legit but at least we are informing people to be careful if they are interested in that car.
I once had this 69 GTO convertible that had a VIN plate that was so rusted, it was impossible to identify the VIN number. Good thing I had a legit Title and PHS docs to verify the car. I sold it to someone who was going to restore the car back to original condition. Point is that maybe there is a legitimate reason to replace that VIN plate.
