I know just what your talking about Pete - those were the rage in the late sixties - I'll have to look if I've got any shots - don't recall any right off.
One I do remember was a car carrier the Outcasts Racing Team used to bring out to West Hampton. Molded to the roof was about a '66 Charger body - it was the complete interior from the firewall to the back of the rear window. It had the front buckets and a rear seat and 4/5 people would ride up there. It was a real clean job and I believe it had a/c. Wish I had Taken a picture!
