Shifter assembly was the same as a 69 Z/28, as was the boot and boot plate. (Black painted ring, not chrome)...the shifter handle was the same as a 68 GTO with a bench seat. As for the knob, that's been debated forever... I've seen everything from a 2 piece 69 Camaro style, to a 1 piece black Hurst ball, white Hurst knob, and even a woodgrained mopar style ball.
