The area around it is also rough. It appears to over spray from the inner quarter panel sound deadener/undercoat. Would this be applied before or after the trunk paint?
@Eddie - These were cleaned out of the lower quarters
The gas tank is also out of the car so I took the opportunity to weld up some holes where a battery was mounted.
