Like a few of us said earlier, IF u can stretch yourself to buy a nicer car for a better resale value, vs one that needs work. It is not hard to start putting $$ into a camaro to fix this or that, and ending up putting 5-6 K into it before u know it.
Good luck with your search. what is the 30k'ish high number that your thinking about?
i have a few other possibilities that i would look at for you , but i really need a clear view of the $$ and what is important in a car that u want.
