1969 427 timing chain distributor question
I am replacing the cam on a 1969 427 the question I have is after lining up the gears at 6 oclock cam and 12 oclock crank I bring the cam gear to 12 oclock that puts the number 1 cylinder at compression when I install my distributor do I set it at pointing at 1 or do I set gears at 6 and 12 and set pointing to 1?
