Used 69 front USA-1 plate. Made of steel, green back with the small holes. It is in nice condition, a few tweeks from the bolts, and a minor bent near the U. small defects from being on the front of a car. It's not perfect! I did not try anything to straiten, The new owner can do that. These are not easy to find. Great for a survivor
