1970 Buick GS350 Bought and delivered new to Denver . Built in KC , Original owner was Don Strauch . He owned the car until 1996 . Owner number 2 lived in Wisconsin . He stored the car indoors but did little to it. Mike Studey , owner number 3, also lived in Wisconsin.

I bought it from him off of eBay in June of 2018 . The Protect O Plate and 2 Build Sheets were with the papers I got with the car. I also dropped the fuel tank to find the third and found the fourth stuffed in the right inner fender/cowl area. The car has had very little work or changes done to it since new . I have changed out the grill , fan clutch , heat riser, fuel pump, upper radiator hose and the Ram Air seals with NOS parts. The radiator is a correct SJ code unit that I had built with the help of a friend and shipped from Dallas . I replaced the A/C clutch and drier , Converted to 134A , and it works great now. The transmission modulator is NOS too. The exhaust system is also original except the mufflers. The glass is in excellent condition , the windshield was replaced by owner 3 , Mike Studey.

The white exterior has been touched up a long time ago in lacquer , 60 percent of it is still original. The vinyl roof is in excellent condition. The trunk has the original dual white stripe tire on the original and never used rim. The jack set is mint , trunk paint is also original to the car. The carburetor , starter , alternator are also original to the car . The brake booster , three dot check valve and the NM ID tag are factory installed . The plug wire set and the 308R cap are reproductions.

The 1970 GS350 still had 10.25 to 1 compression and this car runs and drives very well. It still has the original brake drums and two piece rotors on it too. Thanks for the chance to get in the Members Rides.. Scott Grant
