If TT jives w/ Vin also original to the car, it may simply be a real '67 Z28 w/ whole drivetrain MIA?
Hard to dish something without good reason so unless info appears to suggest otherwise, this may be a worthy project that could much improve w/ an NCRS result and some backtracking.
