document and trim tag for the CBC 1968 TH350 COPO

Trim tag has "MEMO CBC" , I have seen the "MEMO" on other special order trim tags

I remember questions posted on 1968 cars found with a TH350 but not a lot of info on them.
I think there was paperwork on a Chevy II ordered by Scuncio with the TH350
