Im not taking any standpoints here, I am not involved and have no interests in pointing anyone out for anything.
Some told me that.
The 70s was not the best time to be an Afroamerican. Especially if you stood out from the crowd.
Heavy did.
He had 20 Race cars, not just any but the best. Sox & Martin, Grumpy's, Harrell's. He used to bring a Caravan of 15 Trucks with Racecars to the Races. They were betting and a lot of money in flow. Heavy had good drivers and won many Races.
People became jealous.
About Heavy. Heavy was die-hard Racer, the only thing on his mind.
On weeknights it was Street racing and on weekends Dragracing on the track.
Some say that it was on Street racing that he made money and it was a lot of money. Not only on the race but also on side betting.

Heavy got too big so they needed to Nail him down.
