Its the same Camaro.
They removed the Rally Sport stuff and made it Standard Camaro for 71 season. Also on this Picture on the Quarter "Pats Speed Center". Thats what was assumed to be the gold text " Chevy by Brahms".
Later it was Painted in same scheme as the Challenger and Duster
