That photo was taken at Brooklands Museum, in the UK. It is an hour south of London. It is a wonderful place to spend half the day. An incredible museum of bicycle, motorcycle and auto racing history along with aviation history too. It is amazing what all they have. Not to mention what is left of to oldest race track in England. Mercedes Benz has a MB World right next door too that is great.
