Default Very Clean '70 Z/28

What a car at the $19,500 starting bid (and no reserve). I'm trying to figure out why it's priced so low when it appears to be a clean original car with the born-with engine (although the seller doesn't explicitly say so, the description suggests it's the original).

There's a few small Day 2 mods like the SW oil pressure gauge in place of the clock, paint additions, and some chrome on the engine, but overall it looks like an absolute steal anywhere near the opening bid price.
