These have the same markings as yours. I have the same set on my L78.

CRANE CAMS 13800-16 ROCKER ARMS - CH. 396-454 V8 STAMPED 1.7 LONG SET/16
CRANE BBC Steel Rocker Arms1.70 Ratio- 7/16 Stud.
