More from Benny on his beautiful Camaro:

This Camaro was sold new from Mc Graw Chevrolet in Troy, Ohio, on 7-7-69, to Ester Burros. She was 60 years old when she bought this car, a 1969 RS/SS big block Camaro. I even have the salesman’s name that sold the car. His name was Phil Mc Nally. I also have a picture of her in the car. She owned this car until 1988, then sold it to a friend of theirs.

This car really is some what of a survivor with one repaint about 20 years ago. It has the original sheet metal, all original interior including floor mats and carpet. It has the original trunk mat with the date on back. It has the original vinyl top, too.

The car came with docs, POP and with a key in the wrapper from GM and the certificate of title from the Motor Vehicle Department of Ohio. The second owner was asked by Nicky Wright who did car articles to use this car for a comparison with the 1969 Trans Am Firebird. So, its in the book “Pontiac Firebird”, with a red car on the cover.

Here’s the options on the car: RS package, Deluxe interior, Gauges. Vinyl top, Rally rims, 396-325 hp. It’s the all original factory drive train It has no spoilers. It also has a Turbo 400 and 3:08 12 bolt open differential. The car was never taken apart. there is 39,000 documented original miles on the car. It’s Fathom Green with a black top. One of the rims still has a factory chalk mark on it.

It’s is a very original unmolested 1969 big block!

Thanks
