There were four different number Q-jets used on 70 429 Fords. The part numbers ARE NOT the same as the tag or stamp numbers. That carb is worth major $$$$. Q-jets were only used on Cobra Jet 429's. The four possibilities depend on,

1 Auto and no air conditioning

2 Manual and no air conditioning

3 Auto with air conditioning

4 Manual with air conditioning.

I have in my grubby little mitts the Rochester Products bulletin 9C-7000, which lists all four carbs by their given parts numbers, and the individual parts they are made up of, but doesn't tell you which on you have in hand. Maybe this link will help decode the Ford tag and identify it. Good luck. If you need a copy of the Rochester sheet, I would be glad to mail you a copy.
