Arrow 1969 Chevelle SS 396 "Survivor" Oshawa Built Olympic Gold

Recently discovered from the original owner is this "Survivor" Code 65 Olympic Gold 1969 Chevelle SS 396 which has its original lacquer paint and code 2B black vinyl roof. It currently has 54,591 Original Miles.

Body, Floors and Trunk are all solid original sheet metal and never restored along with the complete “Born with” assembly line Drive train which includes L34 396 350 HP Motor, Turbo 400 Transmission and Open 3.55 Rear Axle. Scheduled build date of this car was the 5th week of April 1969 on the Cowl Tag but actually produced on May 23 1969 according to the GM of Canada Document. Car was sold out of Don Howson Chev Olds in Toronto Ontario Canada when new. Built out of the Oshawa Ontario Canada GM Plant.
This 69 Chevelle SS I'm presenting and consigning today is a superb example of a very nice looking Survivor with the original vinyl roof, untouched under carriage, trunk and original interior including the black carpet. Documents include Chassis Broadcast Sheet, Two Line Schedule Tags (Oshawa’s Build Sheet), Gm of Canada Document just done a few days ago, Ministry of transportation used vehicle package (Owner History) as you can see by photo it was just recently acquired from the original owner this year. Car is titled under the current new owner. Also with this incredible documentation, the “MADE IN CANADA” cowl tag tells a story on its own with major options pointed out like L34, M40 and B79 (Which is SS 396 Badging).

Factory Options Include >>> C08 Vinyl Roof, C50 Rear De-Fog, L34 396 350 HP Motor, M40 Turbo 400 Transmission, U14 Gauges, U63 AM Radio and Z25 SS 396 Package.
Car does start and run smoothly but the drive train must be gone through as the car sat for many years dormant before it was purchased. New owner has decided to leave it this way.
Original paint does have the typical lacquer checking, passenger door has a large scuff, passenger top fender has a chip, rear passenger quarter panel does have a slight dent that can easily be straightened out inside the trunk. I did find only one rusted through small area on the driver’s side floor toe board but the rest of the floor is Solid along with a very solid frame.

All the components on the car are assembly line parts like the Alternator, Distributor, brake booster etc… Carburetor, Starter and Radiator are NOT Correct. The Plastic Fiber Inner fenders which are typical for an Oshawa built car are replaced by metal inner fenders, Motor has correct Exhaust manifolds but the smog system is missing. Radiator 4 blade fan with spacer still exists along with original fan shroud. All five SS rims are a matched set of original YA wheels with original paint.
Photos will give further details within the picture.

Serious Buyers Only PM me, Car is located in Alliston Ontario, Canada.
Price: $43,900 USD or Best Offer.
Thank You!
