1972 Trans Am trim tag question
Confused about the trim tag for 1972 Trans ams, specifically, the style number. All 1972 Trans am style numbers that I have seen read 22387 yet all published trim tag decoders indicate number should be 22887. ???? I have seen 22887 on 71 TA's, but never on 72's . Any 72 TA owners can let me know their style number would be appreciated.
