1,000% certain it doesn't go down the road like that, but baffled as to why they would park it that way for a show. Possibly to demonstrate it can be pushed into a parking spot with the T.V. going forward. Still doesn't make any sense, as the driver would have no idea where the back of the trailer is that way...

That's actually how it's pulled. I've seen a VW bug with the same type of hitch, but a smaller camper. It's designed to make it much easier to get the camper parked exactly where you want it. The car will turn 360 degrees under the hitch.

Yep, I've seen that bug vid too and this is the same concept, just seems odd they would park the car facing the trailer. I'm sure it got plenty of attention...

That's the idea, you turn the car around so that you can look ahead instead of looking in the mirrors when parking the trailer.

When I was about 6 years old I tried to jump a creek about 6' wide without a ramp. The water was only about a foot deep but had a 4'-5' high bank on each side. I figured that if I got up enough speed I could make it. That was a miscalculation that resulted in some stitches...

Similar, we had a bit wider gap, maybe 10ft, with 4 ft. banks. We spent a half a day building ramps on each side, then spent another hour pointing fingers to elect the first to do it. Nobody did. Mom would have been proud........had she known.
