Default Help with 69 L78 fan id

Has anyone ever seen a 7-blade non-clutched fan like this? I'm 95% sure it's the original from my 69 L78 Camaro but everything I have read indicates all had clutch fans. See pics in my gallery.

The slotted bolt holes are commonly an aftermarket trait. Less inventory numbers to have in stock cause one part number fits everything.
