Chevy Volt totaled by a Battery Replacement
Roger Dean Chevrolet has confirmed that this story is not a hoax.
A Chevy Volt owner took his 2012 vehicle to Dean Chevrolet in Florida to get an estimate on a new EV battery. The price he was given was nearly double what the actual car to be repaired would sell for today The VOLT has only 70,489 miles on it. Today, the book on a 2012 Volt is between $7,999 and $17,590.
