Looks like a nice car. Frame looked ok from the pics. With that many miles, likely suspension will need attention as well as the mentioned engine, and perhaps the tranny rear end. I would clean it up and drive if I owned it. Would be nice to know if a M20 or 21 and what gear is in the rear. As I get older and since I drive my cars those options are becoming more important to me.
