Default 1970 Nova Addition..Oh My!

Okay, okay Darren......I know the hood has to go!
But I had to buy this to keep me busy in the winter. So...what does a M 2 on the cowl tag mean? And who has the best Nova parts people to deal with...SINCE this baby will need alot? I don't know which way I'm going to go with it as it is a plain-jane car that came with a 307(?) Do I FEEL THE NEED TO ADD another BBC? All opinions considered.

Jeff x 2 (and undecided)

ps. it has a Dana 60. Anyone wanna tell me where I can find a 12-bolt, maybe drum-to-drum?

Looks like fun,

M 2

Gold interior paint
2 trim items. Looks like body side molding and door trim.
Also looks like a Gobi Beige car.

What trim code?

Greg

It needs a 427, M22, 3:73 combo.

FWIW, if that happens to be a Dana from a 66-67 B body (GTX) it will be setting on the leaf springs just about perfect, and the width is about 54in which makes it a very good fit. That's a classic day 3/drag setup. It's stronger than a 12 bolt, and looks like all business under there. If you're doing day 2 I'd leave it.
