Default My fun 67 Camaro project...

Well I figure i'd post this up just because I blew the dust off it just recently and took it out for some pics. Please forgive the dirt and grime, I daily drove this for 2 years and it saw all weather lol. Also, forgive the sticker residue on the sides, they were on the sheetmetal when I got it and the stickers didn't want to come off.
I've had this since about 2003 or 04 I don't remember. Just a stocker standard V8 auto Camaro that was missing most of its parts when I bought it. It has taken a 1970 Nova parts car and a rotted to the ground 67 RS Camaro to bring this one to where its at right now. It is just a driver and always will be. Just bought a set of NOS 67 quarters and wheel houses for it that will go on sooner or later. The rotted RS parts car is where the RS stuff came from, it was an ex race car that was taken completely apart and stored inside since the 1970's and the body left outside bare metal. This was built mostly out of swap meet parts.
355, flat tops, 1969 186's with 2.02's, NOS 327-350 hp cam, 71 Z28 intake with early deep grooves. Power discs, M20 Muncie, 8.5" 3.42 posi duped to look like a 12 bolt. Console, gauges, tach, am fm. The doors are deluxe doors but haven't found door panels for it yet. Just bought a tilt column for it.
Has run a best of 13.22 @ 103.4 at Atco raceway with a 1.8 60 foot on boots.

What's with the big block heater cover; did that come from one of the donor cars or was it built with a big block during it's racing days?

I put the big block heater cover and core in it just in case I ever wanted to put a big block in it.

That is the kind of stuff I need to be doing with all of my cars. I have to many that are half restored! Cool looking! I'd drive it like I stole it.
