Agree something is haywire with the stamps???
The TO part looks kinda close IMHO,

Thought a March 7 9 dated nice looking 512 4 bolt block would be interesting here??

I don't know much about restamps, but that one looks pretty obvious.

Agree on the vin part of it being obvious.
The TO part looks better to me but it cannot be.

Still a neat motor for $500 bucks.

IF I had a COPO or Yenko car with wrong motor in it I would probably send the owner a PM to see if it could be bought.

That was the intent and I have no involvement with it in any way.
