Default Cumberland Maryland 1965 racing program

Going through some old papers, I ran across a "1965 Official Program" for the Cumberland Maryland races.

In the program it lists:
Don Yenko Washington, Pa Corvette B production #1
H.A. Mims Library, Pa TVR Class D #53

Is H.A. Mims any relation to Donna Mae?

Thanks
