Saturday NHRA Firebird pics with a surprise!

We went to the AZ Nationals again today...and actually met up with Don Breen and a few of his friends who were down here to race...

I'll have to get the "skinny" on some of the stories about Don from his Thunder Valley days in the future...they sound quite interesting! (Don won't tell me...I'll have to get it out of his friends...LOL)

Sam Griffith was our guest today...and he was able to see (on TV before he came down) our Holly on live TV in AZ with Tony Schumacher! I wasn't able to get the video set up in time...so I will have video here in the near future for all to see!

Tony is an awesome human being (Ask Sam...he witnessed it first hand later on).

We were guests of the Army team for the rest of the day (Sam included)

For awhile, we didn't think that there would be any racing...as it rained HARD...but low and behold...Sam came, and the rain stopped!
