That really is scary [/ QUOTE ] I have a pal with a plumbing business, usually 5-6 crews and vans busy. I passed his shop the other day and saw three of his vans (2007/2008) for sale. Heard he is down to one crew which he is a part of.

There are more empty houses and vacant business buildings around here now than I have ever seen before.
Recovery?...not around here.
