Default Need definitive 69 H/O Olds Q-Jet part number

Have a carb sitting on shelf that is could be a '69 H/O
unit. I acknowledge 29251 is a common number, but, to be correct for the 69 H/O Olds, did the carb's coding not have to be of a certain line manufacturer and produced within the first 4 months of '69 with the accompanying Julian date..

Gotta be some 'serious' Olds people out there that can clear this 'un up for me.

Thanks for listening!!
Ted

Checking other notes I have on the carb and the info I have is, that only between the months of April and May '69, were the carbs produced with 29251 coding peculiar to the '69 H/O
Thanks!
