I ended up buying a 1969 Chevelle SS olympic gold 396 325 hp auto floor shift. The car has 2 build sheets protecto plate 100% matching numbers the title is still in the original owners name. Im still debating on wheter its worth it to do a full resto on it I do not want to get upside down on the car and it needs quarters trunk floor and rear tail panel. Interior is really nice. If it was a L78 car it would be a no brainer but being a low horse auto makes it a whole different ball game.

Nice wheels! Looks like a neat car to just keep together as a driver - match up the fenders to the rest of the car, etc.
It'll get a lot of attention.... got mine! |

I did get the original tires and wheels with the car but a couple were flat so I put those on to get the car home.

Hey Jon... Good talking on the phone tonight. Thanks for the call. It looks a lot more solid than you made her out to be.
I vote to restore and save! Dan

John, I see that car was sold new at Allen Chevrolet in Forest Park a few minutes from where I live. Where did the original owner live when he bought it?
I am reading the small pic of the POP backwards but I think I see, Nathaniel XXXX XXXX Hamlin Chicago, ILL?

By the way, Warshawsky & Co. was the original name of J.C.Whitney back in the day.
