Does anyone know if it was standard to have three capacitors installed from the factory on 69/70 AM/FM Radio cars?? The three capacitors would be installed as follows: on the ignition coil, in the blower motor wiring, and the voltage regulator...
Thanks... Rich

I'm pretty sure the Stereo radios-(4 speaker) & 8tk players-(all were Stereo & 4 speakers), would've gotten those static sound suppressors' included,as well as a few more body to frame grounding straps.
The Mono tone radios did not. And if a Stereo radio or 8tk vehicle came with a rear defogger,a static suppressor connected to the defogger blower motor was installed on the nearby rear seat bulkhead too. Power windows got em too.. |
