My car is running crappy.
Called the last owner and he told me it was 7 years since the Distributor cap/Rotor and Points were touched so i ordered a Pertronix kit, New Distributor Cap and fresh Spark Plugs. I took the distributor out today and i was wondering what all these numbers mean (See Photos) Also have a look at the photo with the Advance springs, there are 2 different ones and the thicker orange one seems to be stretched out. Should i order new Advance springs as well? Was thinking of getting the Mopar P2932675 springs, what do you guys think?? The P2932675 are designed to convert a stock distributor to a quick advance curve in order to optimize the ignition timing. So would this work better than the stock springs i have now to run with the pertronix? Also help decoding the parts would be much appreciated ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() , Thank You
