Default NMW Catalogs?

Unfortunately, I lost out on this auction:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/291066242436...60&vxp=mtr

I am hoping someone on the site had won it and would be willing to share some info with me. I'm specifically interested in the blue 1969 Catalog. Address of NMW, date of printing if listed and various other details. I'm happy to help offset the purchase for any assistance.

Thanks Russ! I wonder if NMW was actually in New Milford? There had been some shifting around the area. Some of those old fab pics would be great to get a better look at!

I have the '69 blue catalog in my collection. There's a note in it that says prices are current as of Nov 1st '69. What other info did you need? Their address is the one printed at the bottom of the page in your photo.

I have to start by saying how surprised I am that you've got on Verne! Well, I am trying to learn whatever I can about the early history of NMW. This article shows Septermber 69 and has chassis specific tabs. I think you typically were 3 months ahead of the magazine, so i feel June of 69 they had them. Were they doing it in 68?

It would be near to compare the list of the chassis specific tabs to the later catalog. Heck, I would even love a better view of any of the pics of the guys building the stuff. I know the tow bar they offered early on is a bit different that the late one. I'm curious on that too. I'll shoot you message tomorrow Verne, just kinda burnt out from the day I had. Thanks!

I actually have quite a lot of them. When I started drag racing in '68, I bought every catalog I could get and still have them. Let me know what details you need and I'll send them along.

I was asked to show my Bill Thomas catalog, so here are pics of it. It's dated Jan '69. I have the price sheets and the order blanks. I guess that's everything you got when you ordered the catalog. The only ones missing from the binder are 2 Nickey catalogs. I donated them to the auction at an SCR event several years ago. It was a good cause.

Verne,

Thank you very much for posting pictures. I believe the only other item thst would have been included was a page for you to send in and request any future catalogs be sent to you. Nice collection and thank you for sharing.

Marty
