Bad Experience

I called this car museum yesterday and asked about their hours of operation for this week including Christmas Eve ...the lady on the phone said 5 pm ...so today I gathered up the kids had lunch and drove the 1 1/2 hours to get there...we arrived at 2:45 pm. The sign on the door said that they close at 3 pm ...I asked to speak with the manager....( He was an A$$ ) I had told him that we called ahead and drove 70 miles....he said there's nothing he could do.....I promptly told him to inform his employees of proper closing times ....big thumbs down.
