Default Dealership Corvette

Good morning
I'm a huge car lover and when I came across a 72 Vette with a Yenko badge on its tail in a salvage yard I was curious, come to find out it was purchased new at Yenkos dealership. I was unaware that the dealership would badge plain Jane production cars? I have the factory paper to reflect its authenticity. If any knows any more about this hit me up.. Thanks.

The badge is faded out pretty bad, but yes. It's bolted on

Yenko used the badge on numerous cars....have seen them on corvettes, camero's, vega's and nova's

Potentially it is a stock corvette - yenko sold....if so, it adds a little to the value.....

Thank you Ed, I bought the car twenty years and performed a frame off restoration while preserving some off the add ins such as the south side traction bar. Just curious if anyone seen this before.
