Default Pavilions Cruise Photos 11/25/2017

What a great day to be a car guy living in the valley! Temps were in the 80's with unlimited sunshine. We actually started out at a Cars and Coffee at Gateway Classic Cars in Scottsdale, the Bob A and I drove over to Pavilions.

John W was saving a bunch of spots for us and keeping an eye on Toby's '57 Cadillac. Also met up Dennis, GM Joe, Scott S, Kevin D, and Larry C. The Blythes arrived a bit later. I saw Paul's Camaro and Shaun P's 67 Impala, but never saw them. John H was also there.

I'll start out with this awesome '61 SS convertible.

409 powered

Owner makes steering wheels

I remember Grumpy Jenkins explaining to me how hard it was to find one of these emblems. I met him at Super Chevy Maple Grove in the late 80's.

Owner stated this hood release was an SS only item. See the oval emblem with bowtie? Right below the grill.

Cool Belvedere

Don Petty's 300

58 Pontiac was awesome!

Looks like experiment turned out OK -- natural light worked well. As always -- thanks for taking the time to snap the pics and post ... TAZ
