a driveshaft company. Type in Google search or EBAY and they have weights and other stuff for sale. Maybe call them.

you could make them, just a piece of steel and form it to the driveshaft curve.

They are normally projection welded, with the projections welded to the prop shaft, and on many weight designs, the weights have dimples on the outside, where the projections were stamped. So if you wanted them to look "correct", you would need to duplicate the dimples.
