Default 1972 Nova SS California NB2 heat shield question?

Guys wondering if you could help me. I own a 72 Nova SS California built car. These 72 Nova SS models, NB2 California cars had a floor board heat shield installed from the factory. I recently purchased a NOS Heat Shield, GM number 06274352. Shield is a chrome piece, 11 1/4 inch long by 4 1/2 wide with two holes fro mounting. Where exactly does this get mounted on this 72 Nova SS? Any help is greatly appreciated.
