Wow! They are reaching new lows. I really think we need to bring back the old West and lynch these people in the town square! Getting a slap on the hand will never cure this crap.

That sucks. What I don’t understand is did the old man sign the title? Also, if he was aware enough to talk about old racing days, wouldn’t he hear them talking numbers and see cash being exchanged?
