I was there yesterday and that driveway slopes down towards the drain and is NOT level this could be contributing to a stance issue in the photo- possibly.

Had my chance to buy it a few years ago, passed because of the “wife”. Not mine, his!! He was a stand up guy, waited 2 days for me to get to his place. He called me while on my way home and offer it again at a discounted price, sorry I kept heading south!
