'69 Z/28 Scam Auction

Another car, recently sold by BaT in March of this year, that's being offered by a seller with zero feedback, at no reserve, and using the same pics as the BaT auction.

I swear there are dozens of these scam auctions out there at any given time. Got to be a way to police this, not sure why it isn't being done.
