Does anyone know of a decent reproduction of the headrest escutcheon?

I have one that is cracked, and have looked around on eBay and it doesn’t seem that there are any original ones for sale.

Looks like maybe these are somewhat of a fragile piece that maybe didn’t survive very well in general.

Also looking for what you folks think is a good repro of the kick panel vent “L” shaped pull handle. Most, if not all I saw on eBay were round knobs- the ones I have are not this type. Missing one of each pair on each side.
