2 of the 68's were missing these and looking for thoughts on this.
Also need a pair of the wiring clips on the harness in pics 8,9 and 10. Original only. Also need one actuating rod. Original only. Pics 1 and 2 are her "OLIVE" car that will get the NOS "307" switch. It has a "307" switch with cut harness on it. Pics 3 and 4 are the NOS "307" switch I just found for it. Pics 5,6 and 7 are used factory parts that match what's on car. Pics 8,9 and 10 are plastic covered wire holders that belong on the switch harness. Am I right in assuming the "307" switch on the car was factory? Car was parked in 83 and she is second owner. Tranny matches. Thoughts? Want car to be right. Thanks, and yes, we are putting the hateful Muncie shifter back in it. |

Tranny waiting for BU light issues to be handled.
Seems to be quite a few variations of this switch. Car had a 307 and we are putting a NOS 307 in it. Wire colors are not exact??? Still wondering what others think about the proper 68 switch? 307? |
